Yes. DMisland uses the official Instagram messaging API and only ever replies to a comment or a button tap, which is exactly what the API is designed for. It never sends unsolicited messages.

Yes. Each automation can target one specific post or all of your posts. Post-specific automations take priority.

They get one DM per post. A second comment on the same post is logged as skipped, with the reason shown in your send log.

Yes. A keyword typed as a reply to a pinned comment or someone else's comment triggers the same DM. Each person still gets one DM per post.
