Terms of Service

1. The Service

DMisland (“the Service”) lets owners of Instagram professional accounts automatically reply to comments on their own posts with direct messages. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• One active Instagram connection is allowed per account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send spam, unsolicited promotions, or messages that violate Meta’s Platform Terms and Community Guidelines;
• send deceptive, harassing, or illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions of the Service or of the Instagram platform.

All messages are sent only in response to a user’s comment, reply, or button tap. The Service enforces Instagram’s messaging policies and may pause delivery to keep your account compliant.

4. Instagram platform

The Service is built on the Instagram API but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta’s own terms, and changes to the Instagram API may affect Service functionality.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, when offered, are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; after cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Usage limits for each plan are described on the pricing page.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of any particular message, or specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform integration at risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
