What is an Active Contact?
ManyChat bills by Active Contacts. One person you exchange messages with in a monthly billing period counts as one Active Contact, whether that's through automations, AI, broadcasts or the inbox.
That's why a post that goes viral raises your bill. Pro includes 2,500 contacts. Talk to 4,000 people in a month and you pay 1,500 × $0.05 = $75 on top.
